Brief and model selection
We start with model comparison, household needs and the overall direction of the investment. This is the stage where function, size and first assumptions are structured.
The biggest value of the process is not the order alone but the timing of each decision: model, plot, scope, energy package, documents and schedule do not get mixed randomly.
We start with model comparison, household needs and the overall direction of the investment. This is the stage where function, size and first assumptions are structured.
We bring plot status, location, utility access and everything that may affect scope or schedule into the conversation.
Only then do we decide whether we are talking about a base, developer plus or turnkey route and what energy standard makes sense for the project.
Based on the brief, we prepare the starting point for the offer conversation. In parallel, we structure the list of decisions and documents needed for the next stages.
Once the scope is refined, we move into delivery preparation, coordination and the plan for the production and assembly stage.
Prefabrication shortens the work phase on the plot, but it is equally important to close out installations, finishing and formal handover properly.
Not every project starts from the same place. Sometimes the investor already has a plot and documents, and sometimes everything needs to be structured from scratch. That is why the process has fixed stages but a different depth of support depending on the situation.
